  2. Complete the Form: Provide all the requested information, including your company's legal name, the name of the legal representative, the country where your company is incorporated, and the registration number (in Mexico, RFC).
  3. Review the Information: Ensure that all the provided data is correct and up to date.
  4. Confirm your Approval or Request Changes:
    • I Agree: Check this box to certify that you have reviewed the template and approve the content without changes.
    • I Wish to Suggest Changes: If you have comments or would like to request modifications to the agreement, check this box and provide the details in the "Requests" field.
  5. Press the Submit Button: Once the form is completed, click "Submit" to send us your information and any comments, if applicable.

After receiving your information, we will proceed to generate the confidentiality agreement with the provided data and send you a link to proceed with the electronic signature of the document.

Indicate the tax identification number or code under which the company is registered according to the current legislation of its country, as well as the name or description of the type of tax identification used.

Trade name by which your customers identify you and that you use in your promotional and marketing materials.
Complete legal address or conventional domicile, including postal code and country.
PDF file with the company's articles of incorporation.
Power of Attorney from the Legal Representative if necessary. Usually required when it is not specified in the Articles of Incorporation or if there have been changes.
Proof of address of the company or individual.
Official Identification of the Legal Representative or the individual, such as INE, Passport, etc.
  • Yes: Check 'Yes' if you certify that you have reviewed the template, approve its content, agree to share your documents and personal data in this form, and wish to proceed with the review of the agreement using the provided information for subsequent electronic signature.
  • No: Check 'No' if you wish to make changes to the agreement. You will then have a space to specify the required changes, which we will review, and we will contact you regarding them. This checkbox does not constitute your electronic signature; it only serves to proceed with drafting the agreement with your information for subsequent electronic signature.
